Açılan sayfadan "tez veri giriş formunu” doldurarak, imzalamanız ve tezin tam metin PDF dosyasını içeren Cd ile birlikte enstitünüze teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir.

Doldurmuş olduğunuz "Tez Veri Giriş Formu" na, https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi adresinden "Üye Girişi" seçeneğini tıklayarak e-devlet şifresi ile sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra "TEZLERİM" başlığı altından erişebilir ve gerekli değişiklikleri yapabilirsiniz.

Tez yazarları tarafından "çoğaltması ve yayımı için izin" verilmemiş olan tezlere Merkezden erişim imkanı yoktur. Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yayınlanma izni olmayan tezlerin basılı kopyalarına üniversite kütüphaneleri aracılığıyla (TÜBESS -Türkiye Belge Sağlama Sistemi) erişebilirsiniz. Bunun için kendi üniversite kütüphanenize başvurmanız gerekmektedir. Fotokopi hizmeti tamamen durdurulmuştur.

Ulusal Tez Merkezi'nde bulunan tezinizin tekrar tam metin olarak hizmete açılabilmesi için,dokuman@yok.gov.tr mail adresi veya 0312 2987370 numaralı telefona başvurmanız gerekmektedir.

Enstitüler öğrencilerden teslim aldıkları tezleriin pdf lerini Ulusal Tez Merkezi Otomasyon Sistemine yüklemekte ve Tez Veri Girişi ve Yayımlama İzin Formlarını YÖK'e göndermektedirler. Teziniz sistemimizde görünmüyorsa enstitünüze başvurarak bu işlemlerin yapılmasını sağlamalısınız.

"Tezlerin internet üzerinden tam metin olarak araştırma hizmetine sunulması amacıyla yapılan yasal düzenleme ile; 06.03.2018 tarih ve 30352 Sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanan 7100 sayılı Kanunun 10. Maddesi ile 2547 sayılı Yükseköğretim Kanununa eklenen, Ek Madde 40 “Lisansüstü tezler yetkili kurum ve kuruluşlar tarafından gizlilik kararı alınmadıkça, bilime katkı sağlamak amacıyla Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi tarafından elektronik ortamda erişime açılır.” hükmü yürürlüğe girmiş bulunmaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak; anılan Kanun maddesi ile Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliğine dayanılarak hazırlanmış olan “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” uyarınca, lisansüstü tezler Ulusal Tez Merkezi Veri Tabanı üzerinden erişime açılmaktadır. Adı geçen Yönergenin 3. Bölümü Tezlerin Erişime Engellenmesi ile ilgilidir. Bu konudaki iş ve işlemler Yönerge hükümleri çerçevesinde yürütülmektedir.

Tez Merkezinde yapılacak veri giriş kontrollerinde, YÖK'e gönderilmiş formun üzerindeki Referans Numarası geçerli olacağından bu hususa dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. Doğru olarak doldurulmuş ve Merkezimize gönderilmiş olan form dikkate alınır. Hatalı doldurulmuş olan formlar sistemden daha sonra silinecektir.

Enstitü Oturumundan giriş yaptığınız takdirde Duyurular kısmına tıkladığınızda hem genel üniversiteler için duyurulara hem de sizin enstitünüzle ilgili duyurulara ve size ileteceğimiz güncel bilgilere ulaşabilirsiniz.

Enstitülerin tezleri sisteme yükleyebilmesi için; Tez Teslim Kılavuzu'nda yer alan Enstitü Bilgi Formunu (EK-2) doldurup tezderleme@yok.gov.tr e-posta adresine göndererek kullanıcı adı ve şifre almaları gerekmektedir.

Enstitü Modülünde personel görevlendirme sınırlaması yoktur. Ama devamlı bu işle ilgilenebilecek ve takibini yapabilecek personellerin görevlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.

200 Mb'a kadar tez yüklenmesine sistem izin vermektedir. Ama boyut büyük olduğu için yükmelede zorluk ve gecikme yaşanabilir.

Tezin tam metni PDF uzantılı dosya olmalıdır. Eğer ayrıca ek dosyası hazırlanmışsa Ek.RAR formatında olmalıdır.

Kişilerin IP numarası değişse bile Kurum internet çıkış IP numaralarının aralığına göre kurumdaki bilgisayarlar hangi IP numarası uygunsa onu alır ve internete çıkış yapar.

Genel olarak böyle bir durumu önermiyoruz ama bazı üniversitelerin enstitüleri küçük olduğu için veya personel sayıları az olduğu takdirde aynı kişi/kişileri talep etmeleri durumunda birden fazla enstitü için ayrı ayrı görevlendirebiliyoruz.

200 Mb'ın üzerindeki tezleri ve eklerini yükleyemezseniz tezin formu ve Cd'sini Merkezimize göndermeniz durumunda, yükleme işlemi Ulusal Tez Merkezi tarafından yapılacaktır.

Yüklemiş olduğunuz tezi kontrol edebilmek için "Enstitü Tezleri" bölümüne girerek referans numarası ile Arama" yaparsanız tezin künye bilgileri karşınıza çıkacaktır. Tez isminin sonında PDF ibaresinin üzerine tıkladığınızda tez açılıyorsa yüklenmiş demektir.

Tez tek dosya haline getirilmelidir ve pdf uzantılı olmalıdır. Ek varsa Rar yapılmalı ve Ek.RAR uzantılı olmalıdır.

Tez; Ulusal Tez Merkezi tarafından henüz onaylanmamış ise, doğru tezi tekrar üzerine yükleyebilirsiniz. Tez; Ulusal Tez Merkezi tarafından onaylanmış ise, tezin düzeltilmiş nüshasını resmi yazı ile Ulusal Tez Merkezine göndermeniz gerekmektedir.

Yüklemiş olduğunuz tezlerin Listesini hazırlayınız ve üst yazıyla beraber sadece Tez Veri Girişi ve Yayımlama İzin Formlarını Merkezimize gönderiniz. Tezlerin Cd 'leri sizde kalacaktır.

Enstitüler Tez Veri Girişi ve Yayımlama İzin Formlarını; tez adı, yazar adı, yılı ve tez türü (yüksek lisans, doktora vb.) bilgilerinin bulunduğu bir liste ekinde Mart, Haziran, Eylül ve Aralık aylarında düzenli olarak Ulusal Tez Merkezine gönderir.

Kurumunuzdaki personelin şifresini ve sistemdeki personel bilgilerini talebiniz doğrultusunda silebiliriz. Bunun için 03122987379-80 numaralı telefonlara başvurabilirsiniz. Ama önceki yüklemiş olduğu tezler kişinin TC kimlik numarasıyla sistemimizde kayıtlı kalacaktır.

Ulusal Tez Merkezine referans numarası ve yazar adı soyadını bildirirseniz gerekli düzeltme yapılacaktır.

Teze enstitü oturumundan sadece Referans numarasıyla değil; Yazar Adı Soyadı, Tez Adı, Anabilim Dalı, Türü (Yüksek Lisans, Doktora, Tıpta Uzmanlık, Sanatta Yeterlilik), Durumu (Hazırlanıyor, Onaylandı) ' dan da arama yaparak ulaşabilirsiniz.

You can apply to a PTT office with your foreign identification number to obtain an e-Government password and register on the website.

All our services are provided online. We do not offer copies.

You can access the "Thesis Data Entry Form" by clicking the "Sign in through E-Government" on https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi and signing into the system using your e-Government password. After filling out and signing the form, you must submit it to your institute together with a CD containing the full-text PDF file of your thesis.

After clicking the "Sign in through E-Government" on https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi and signing into the system using your e-Government password, you can access your form by clicking the "MY THESES" section and make necessary changes to it.

It is not possible to access theses from the Center if the thesis authors have not granted permission for reproduction and publication. Printed copies of theses without publication permission in the Thesis Center Database can be accessed through university libraries via TÜBESS (Türkiye Document Provision and Borrowing System). For this, you must apply to your own university library. Photocopy services have been completely discontinued.

To make your thesis in the National Thesis Center available again in full-text format, you must contact dokuman@yok.gov.tr or call 0312 298 73 70.

Institutes upload the PDF versions of theses received from students to the National Thesis Center Automation System and send the Thesis Data Entry and Publication Permission Forms to the Council of Higher Education (CoHE). If your thesis is not listed in our system, you should contact your institute to ensure these procedures are completed.

Under the legal regulation enacted to provide online full-text access to theses for research purposes, Additional Article 40 was added to Higher Education Law No. 2547 through Article 10 of Law No. 7100, published in the Official Gazette dated 06.03.2018 and numbered 30352. This provision states: “Unless a confidentiality decision has been made by authorized institutions and organizations, graduate theses shall be made electronically accessible by the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education in order to contribute to science.” Accordingly, under the “Directive on the Collection, Organization, and Electronic Access of Graduate Theses,” graduate theses are made accessible through the National Thesis Center Database. Section 3 of the Directive pertains to restrictions on access to theses. All related procedures and operations are carried out within the framework of the provisions of this Directive.

During the data entry checks carried out by the Thesis Center, the Reference Number indicated on the form submitted to the Council of Higher Education will be taken as valid; therefore, special attention should be given to this number. The properly completed form sent to the Center will serve as the basis for evaluation. Incorrectly completed forms will later be deleted from the system.

If you log in through the Institute Login and click on the Announcements section, you can access general announcements for universities, announcements related to your institute, and the latest information to be provided to you.

In order for institutes to upload theses to the system, they must fill in the Institute Information Form (Appendix-2) included in the Thesis Submission Guide and send it to tezderleme@yok.gov.tr to obtain a username and password.

You can access the Presentation File prepared for uploading theses to the system through the Help Menu in the Institute Login section or at https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/Enstitu/dosyalar/yardim.ppsx.

There is no limit on assigning personnel in the Institute Module. However, personnel who can continuously manage and monitor these processes should be assigned.

The system allows thesis uploads up to 200 MB. However, due to the large file size, difficulties and delays may occur during uploading.

The full text of the thesis must be in PDF format. If there is an additional file, it must be in supplementary RAR format.

Even if individuals' IP addresses change, computers within the institution will receive an appropriate IP address according to the institution's internet gateway IP range and connect to the internet.

In general, we do not recommend it. However, since some university institutes are small or have limited staff, we may assign the same person or people separately for multiple institutes if requested.

If you are unable to upload theses and attachments larger than 200 MB, you may send the thesis form and CD to our Center, and the upload process will be carried out by the National Thesis Center.

To check a thesis you have uploaded, go to the "Institute Theses" section and search using the reference number. The thesis bibliographic information will appear. If the thesis opens when you click on the PDF label at the end of the thesis title, it means the upload was successful.

The thesis must be combined into a single file and be in PDF format. If there are attachments, they should be compressed into a RAR file.

If the thesis has not yet been approved by the National Thesis Center, you can upload the correct version over the existing one. If the thesis has already been approved by the National Thesis Center, you must send the corrected copy of the thesis to the National Thesis Center with an official letter.

You need to prepare a list of the theses you have uploaded and send only the Thesis Data Entry and Publication Permission Forms to the Center together with an official cover letter. The thesis CDs will remain with you.

Institutes regularly send the Thesis Data Entry and Publication Permission Forms to the National Thesis Center in March, June, September, and December, together with a list containing the thesis title, author's name, year, and thesis type (master's, doctorate, etc.).

We can delete the personnel's password and system information upon your request. For this, you may contact us at 0312 298 73 79–80. However, the theses previously uploaded by that person will remain registered in our system under their Turkish ID number.

If you inform the National Thesis Center of the reference number and the author's full name, we will make the necessary corrections.

You can access the thesis through the Institute Module not only by reference number, but also by searching for the author's full name, thesis title, department, type (Master's, Doctorate, Medical Specialty, Proficiency in Arts), and status (In Preparation, Approved).
