Üretim sektöründeki dijital dönüşüme adını veren Sanayi 4.0 uygulamaları sağlık sektöründe de önemli bir yere sahip olmakla birlikte, sağlık alanında Sağlık 4.0 kavramıyla anılmaktadır. Sağlık 4.0 ile tüm sağlık alanında reaktif olan ve hizmet için ücret ödemesine odaklanan bir sistemden, sonuçları ölçen ve proaktif önlemeyi sağlayan değer temelli bir sistem anlayışına yönelme söz konusudur. Çünkü yaşlı nüfustaki artış ile doğru orantılı olarak kronik hastalıklarda yaşanan artışlar ve yeni tarz hastalıkların ortaya çıkması teknolojik ilerlemelere ayak uydurmayı bir gereklilik haline getirmiştir. Bu yüzden zamanla sağlığa duyulan ihtiyaçta yaşanan artış, kişi ve ülke ekonomisinde büyük bir yük oluşturduğu için yapılan sağlık harcamalarının azaltılmasına yönelik olarak teknolojik uygulamalarının geliştirilmesi zorunlu bir hal almıştır. Aynı zamanda Sanayi 4.0 uygulamaları sağlık sektöründe bireyden ulusa kadar her düzeyde farklı yoğunluklarda kendisini göstermektedir. Günümüzde yaşanan Covid-19 süreci ise bu teknolojik gelişmelerin ilerlemesini tetikleyecek potansiyele sahiptir. Bu nedenle yürütülen tez çalışmasının amacı Sanayi 4.0 sürecinde gelişme gösteren teknolojilerin sağlık alanında ne ölçüde yer edindiğini bilimsel yayınları inceleyerek tespit etmek ve haritalandırmaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek için ise kantitatif ve kalitatif analizler birlikte kullanılmıştır. Kantitatif analiz bibliyometrik yöntemler aracılığıyla yürütülerek haritalandırmalar yapılmış ve veri kaynağı olarak ise Web of Science kullanılmıştır. Kalitatif analiz ise tam metin üzerinden yapılan incelemelerle yürütülmüş, veri kaynağı olarak ise PubMed kullanılmıştır. Son olarak yürütülen bu çalışmayla sağlık alanında Sanayi 4.0 uygulamalarının hangi alt alanlarda ne aşamada olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve gelecek için hem sektörel gelişime hem de akademik araştırmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular ise cerrahi alanda yaşanan önemli çalışmaların Cerrahi 4.0 kavramıyla 2017 yılından itibaren günümüze kadar hızla yürütüldüğünü bunun ise hasta güvenliği üzerinde önemli bir etki yaratabileceğini, özellikle malpraktis konusunda önemli avantajlar sağlayacağını göstermektedir. Ayrıca sağlık alanında geliştirilen Sanayi 4.0 teknolojilerinin sağlıkta çoğunlukla eğitim alanında yoğunlaştığını görmek mümkündür. Günümüzde içinde bulunduğumuz pandemi döneminde bu süreçlerin daha da etkili olacağı ve Sanayi 4.0 uygulamaları aracılığıyla sağlık sisteminin özellikle halk sağlığına dönük olarak daha da geliştirici önlemler sağlayacağı elde edilen bulgular arasındadır. Industry 4.0 applications, which gives its name to the digital transformation in production sector, has also an important place in healthcare and they are accepted as with in the concept of Health 4.0. With Health 4.0, it is clear that there ise a tendency to move from a system which is reactive in all healtcare sector and that focuses on getting payment in return for the services provided, into a new system which evaluates the results and provides proactive precautions and which is also based on moral values. Because the increasing numbers in chronic diseases which is related to the increase of the elderly population and the emergence of new illnesses it became necessary to keep up with the latest technological developments. For this reason, the increasing demands for healthcare services became a huge burden for personal budgets and the economy of the state, it became mandatory to develop technological applications to decrease the cost of healthcare services. At the same time, Industry 4.0 practices show themselves in different densities in the health sector at all levels from individual to nation. Today, the Covid-19 process has the potential to trigger the progress of these technological developments. The aim of the thesis study which is being carried out ise to establish and map the technologies which progressed a lot during Industry 4.0 period and to dentify to what extend these tecnologies have been in healthcare sector by studying scientific works. In order to realize this aim, quantitative and qualitative analysis have been made together. Quantitative analysises have been carried out by made bibliometric methods, mapping have been made and Web of Science has been used as a source of data. Qualitative analysis have been carried out by the researdnes on the original text and PubMed has been used as the source of data. Finally with this study, it is attempted to figure out at what level Industry 4.0 applications are in various subfields and it is thought that it will offer a solution in sectoral development along with academic research in the future. The findings which are abtained show that important studies in the surgical field have been carried out rapidly with the name of Surgery 4.0 since 2017 and this could create a significant impact on the safety of patients and it could provide important advantages especially on malpractice cases. In addition, it is possible to see that Industry 4.0 technologies which are developed in healthcare area mainly focus on education area in healthcare. Today in the pandemy period that we are facing, the fact that these processes will be more effective and with the help of the Industry 4.0 applications, the health system will provide more developing precautions particularly for the public health, are among the findings which are gathered.
