Bu çalışma 20. Yüzyıl başından günümüze uzanan süreçte, tiyatroda film, projeksiyon ve görüntü üreten araçların, teatral pratiklerle gerçekliğin değişen ilişkisi çerçevesinde nasıl bir serüven yaşadığının izini sürmektedir. İlk bölümde avangart hareketlerin ortaya çıkış sürecinde, Piscator'un avangart sanat estetiğinden etkilenerek görüntü üreten araçlarla Belgesel Tiyatro'yu oluşturmasının ilkeleri incelenmektedir. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümde Wooster Group ve Rimini Protokoll'ün farklı sanatsal ve estetik yönelimleri çerçevesinde görüntü üreten araçların kullanım ilkeleri belirlenmiştir.
This work aims to investigate what kind of a process the usage of film, projection and image technologies in theatre practices has been through within the framework of the changing relationship of theatrical practices with reality since the beginning of the 20th century until today. In the first section, the emergence of avant-garde movements, the principles of Piscator?s founding the Documentary Theatre, by the visual material through his influence from aesthetics of avant-garde art, are examined. In the second and the third sections, the usage principles of visual material are examined within the framework of different artistic and aesthetic approaches of Wooster Group and Rimini Protokoll.
