121 ÖZET Bu çalışmamızda Yozgat ili Akdağ Madeni İlçesi'nde yetişen orkide türlerinin tespiti, bu türlerin tahribi ve türlerden salep elde edilmesi araştırılmıştır. Akdağ Madeni bölgesinde 11 cinse ait 20 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bu türler: Anacamptis pyramidalis, Cephalanthera damasonium, C. kotschyana, C. rubra, Comperia comperiana, Dactylorhiza iberica, D. incarnata, D. romana, Epipactis helleborine, Himantoglossum affme, Limodorum abortivum, Neottia nidus-avis, Orchis coriophora, O. pallens, O. palustris, O. pinetorum, O. purpurea, O. tridentata, Ophrys bremifera, Platanthera chlorantha'du. Bu türlerden 13 tanesinin yumruları salep elde etmek amacıyla toplanmaktadır: Anacamptis pyramidalis, Comperia comperiana, Dactylorhiza iberica, D. incarnata, D. romana, Himantoglossum affme, O. bremifera Orchis coriophora, O. pallens, O. palustris, O. pinetorum, O. tridentata, Platanthera chlorantha.
122 SUMMARY The orchids used to obtain salep, the obtaining methods and the orchids growing in Akdağ Madeni Region (Yozgat) have been investigated. On the other hand the destruction level of the orchids growing in this area also have been discussed. It is determined that 11 orchid genera and 20 species growing around Akdağ Madeni (Yozgat). These are: Anacamptis pyramidalis, Cephalanthera damasonium, C. kotschyana, C. rubra, Comperia comperiana, Dactylorhiza iberica, D. incarnata, D. romana, Epipactis helleborine, Himantoglossum affJne, Limodorum abortivum, Neottia nidus- avis, Orchis coriophora, O. pallens, O. palustris, O. pinetorum, O. purpurea, O. tridentata, Ophrys bremifera, Platanthera chIorantha'd\r. 13 species of them are used to obtain salep: Anacamptis pyramidalis, Comperia comperiana, Dactylorhiza iberica, D. incarnata, D. romana, Himantoglossum affine, O. bremifera Orchis coriophora, O. pallens, O. palustris, O. pinetorum, O. tridentata, Platanthera chlorantha.
