Kimlik, tarih süresince insan ve çevrenin etkileşimiyle var olmakta, sosyal ve fiziksel etmenlerle süreklilik göstermektedir. Bu nedenle literatürde birçok alt başlıkla yer almaktadır. Bunlardan biri de yerel kimliktir. Yerel kimlik, bir yöreye özgü karakteristik özelliklerin görülebildiği kimlik unsurudur. Bu noktada yerel mimarinin rolü ve önemi büyüktür. Yerel mimari içerisindeki geleneksel konutlar ise; aile yapısı, din, kültür, sosyal aktivite, iklim, topografya ile şekillenmektedir. Böylelikle sosyal ve fiziksel etmenlerin sürekliliğini yansıtan geleneksel konutlar, yerel kimlik ögelerini barındırmakta ve bu konut mekanlarındaki biçimlenmeyi etkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma 4 aşamadan meydana gelmektedir. Birinci bölümde kimlik ve bileşenleri, sosyal ve fiziksel çevre kimliği, yerel kimlik, geleneksel konutların iç mekan biçimlenmesindeki yerel kimlik unsurları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde; çalışma alanı ve araştırma yöntemi hakkında bilgiler verilerek, İslamköy geleneksel mimari yapılar için veri toplanmıştır. Bu bilgi ve belgeler ışığında geleneksel konutlara (tescilli) ait kimlik kartlarının oluşturulması ve bu konutların iç mekanlarındaki analiz tabloları yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, oluşturulan kimlik kartlarına bağlı olarak geleneksel konutların (tescilli) yerel kimlik unsurları fiziksel etmenler üzerinden incelenmesi ve yapılan tasarım matrisi ve görsel tarama cetvelinin analiz tabloları ile elde edilen matris değerlendirmesi yer almaktadır. Son bölümünde ise yapılan literatür ve alan çalışmasının genel sonuçları yapılmakta ve önerilere değinilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kimlik, Yerel Kimlik, Geleneksel Konut, İç Mekan, Tasarım Matrisi
Identity evolves through the interaction between humans and the environment and is sustained due to social and physical factors. Therefore, there are several sub-headings related to identity in the literature. One of these is local identity. Local identity is an element of identity where features of a region could be observed. Thus, the role and importance of local architecture is significant. Traditional houses constructed with local architecture are shaped by family structure, religion, culture, social activity, climate, and topography. Consequently, traditional housing, which reflects the continuity of social and physical factors, includes elements of local identity and affects the shaping of these housing spaces. In this context, the present study included 4 stages. In the first stage, identity and its components, social and physical environmental identity, local identity, local identity elements that shape interior spaces in traditional houses were discussed. In the second part, information about the study area and the research method were provided and data on İslamköy traditional architectural buildings were collected. Based on this information and documents, identification cards were produced for traditional houses (registered) and analysis tables for the interiors of these houses were designed. In the third stage, local identity elements in traditional dwellings (physical properties) were analyzed based on the identity cards and the design matrix obtained with the analysis of the design matrix and visual scanning table was presented. In the final stage, general results of the literature review and field study and recommendations were presented. Keywords: Identity, local identity, traditional house, interior space, design matrix.
