Bu tez çalışmasında azınlık toplumsal cinsiyet (LGBTİ) kimlik temsillerinin Türkiye'deki toplumsal yaşam içerisinde nasıl bir anlam ağına yerleştirildiği ve bu kimliklere dair Türkiye sinemasında oluşturulan temsillerin, toplum içinde azınlık cinsiyet kimliklerine yönelik algı üzerindeki etkisi Zenne filmi örneklemiyle incelenmektedir. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, toplumun kültürel bağlamda oluşturduğu ve anlam ağıyla ördüğü kimlik temsilleri içerisinde LGBTİ kimliklere sahip bireylere yönelik olumsuz algının devam etmekte olduğuna ve Zenne filmi özelinde kullanıcı türevli içerik oluşturulan platformlarda filme dair yorum yapan kullanıcıların, Türkiye'de LGBTİ kimliklerin benimsenmesine yönelik toplumsal bir dönüşüm yaşanmadığı sürece, bu kimliklere sahip bireylerin dışlanmaya, aşağılanmaya ve hatta şiddete maruz kalmaya devam edecekleri görüşünde birleştikleri sonucuna varılmıştır. In this thesis study, the place of representations of sexual minority (LGBTİ identities) in social life in Turkey and influence of these representations in Turkish cinema on the audiences is researched by exemplifying the Turkish movie called Zenne. In the study, it is concluded that the negative perception towards the individuals who have LGBTI identities in the representations of identity created by the society in the cultural context and woven with the meaning network, continues. Users who comment Zenne on platforms where user generated content is cretated, agree that individuals who have LGBTI identities will continue to be excluded humiliated and even exposed to violence unless there is a social transformation to embrace these induivduals in Turkey.
