nsaat sektöründe dosyalama önemli bir yer teskil etmektedir çünkü çok sayıdave çesitli belgeler vardır ve de verilen projenin basarıya ulasabilmesi adına,bunların kontrol edilmesi gerekir. Tasarla-insaa et tarz projelerde, müteahhidinteknik grupları orijinal çizimlerin üzerinde çalısırken, üretim çizimlerihazırlayarak kontrol edilmesi için kontrolöre gönderirler. Özellikle büyükprojelerde, birçok sayıda üretim çizimi hazırlanır ki dolayısıyla çizimlerinasamasını anlayabilmek ve takip edebilmek için bir sisteme ihtiyaç duyulur.Tüm bunlar sirket bünyesinde kullanılacak uygun bir dosyalama sistemiylesaglanabilir.Bu çalısmanın ana amacı, ?tasarla - insaa et? tarzı insaat projeleri uygulamaçizimlerinin bilgisayar ortamında düzenlenmesi için bir öneri sunmaktır ki busekilde santiyelerdeki çizimlerin kontrolünün ve takibinin yapılabilmesisaglanacaktır. Bu sistem CADD Standardlarını temel almalıdır. Bunun için, ilköncelikle mimari projede olması gerekli olan çizimler saptanır, sonra seçilenCADD Standardındaki model dosya isimlendirmesi kurallarına göre çizimadları düzenlenir. Takiben, önerilen dosyalama sisteminin ana dosyalarıviiolusturulur ve son olarak da sistemin çalısma prensipleri tanıtılır. Sistem,gerçek bir insaat projesinde, 2 haftalık bir süreç için uygulanır vekullanılabilirlik degerlendirmesi yoluyla test edilir.Kullanılabilirlik degerlendirmesinin sonuçlarına göre bu sistemin, üretimçizimlerinin kontrolü ve dosyalanması bakımından projenin tamamlanmaevresinde birçok avantajı bulunmaktadır. Documentation is an important aspect in the construction industry since thereare many types and number of documents that have to be controlled for thesuccess of a given project. In design/build projects, site technical groups of thecontractor upgrade the tender drawings by preparing shop drawings to be sentto the consultant for checking purpose. Especially in large projects a greatmany shop drawings are produced, causing a need of a system to keep track ofand to understand the status of the drawings. These all can be achieved with aproper documentation system to be used within the company.The main aim of this study was to make a proposal for the structure ofproduction drawings of ?design/build? construction projects in computerenvironment to maintain control of the drawings in the construction sites whiledocumenting them for project completion. This system should base on CADDStandards. In this, first, the architectural production drawings were identified.These were then arranged according to the model file-naming convention ofthe selected CADD Standard. Following, the main folders of the proposeddocumentation structure were created and, finally, the working principles of thevstructure were introduced. The system was applied to a real constructionproject for a period of two weeks and tested by usability evaluation.The results of the usability evaluations revealed that the system providesadvantages in terms of the control of shop drawings and documentation forproject completion. Conversely, the system did not maintain ease ofcommunication.Keywords: drawing control; documentation; communication; CADDStandards; architectural production drawings.
