Tarih boyunca kadının konumu tartışılmıştır. Ailenin toplum içindeki varlığı kadının konumuna nazaran daha korunaklı olmuştur. Ancak günümüzde kadın tanımlamalarının aileyi etkilemesi ailenin kadının konumuyla olan organik bağını ve daha birçok unsuru açıkça göstermektedir. Bu hususun günümüzü canlı sorunların biri oluşu, ekonomik, sosyolojik, kültürel birçok alanda analizlere sebep olmuştur. Ailenin çözülmesi ve birçok kadın profilinden bahsedilen küresel dünyada, yeni çalışma, aile, kadın algıları doğmaktadır. Modern dünya, yeni kavram tanımlamaları ile beraberinde birtakım toplumsal erozyonları da getirmiştir. Bu erozyon sonucu sorunlar hız kazanmıştır. Hız kazanan sorunların en belirgilerinden biri kadın ve aile ile ilgili sorunlardır. Araştırmada bahsi geçen sorun üzerinde modern paradigmanın dışında genel bir perspektif ile, insan öznesi üzerinden bir inceleme yapılmıştır. Bu inceleme içerisinde kadının aile ve çalışma hayatı arasında kalışı sonucu ortaya çıkan çıkmaz yer almaktadır. Çıkmazın ortaya konmasının ardından dünya ve Türkiye'de çıkmaza ilişkin üretilen politikalara ve eksikliklerine değinilmiştir. The position of woman has been debated over centuries. The position of the family in society has been more protective with compared to the position of woman. Considering the fact that today's definitions of woman influence the concept of family, we say that this demonstrates the powerful relation between woman and family. Since this situation is alive in our days, many kinds of economic, social and cultural analyses have been produced on it. In the global world, the family has been untied and the types of woman have been varied. This caused various perceptions of the woman, family and working life. Modern life surely caused some social erosion, as well as it changes and enhances the definitions of the concepts. As a result of this, social problems picked speed over the time. One of the increasing dimensions of the very problem is the controversy of the family and the woman. In this research, we focuses on the human being as her being subject, from outside the modern paradigms, through more of a general perspective. We tried to put out the controversial position of the woman who tries to set the balance between her family and working life. After explaining the problem, we mentioned the policies in Turkey and in the world, and the deficiencies of these policies as well.
