Bu çalışma ile İstanbul Kadılığı 97 numaralı sicil defterinde III. Selim (Son 5 yılı), IV. Mustafa (Tamamı) ve II. Mahmut (ilk iki yılı) dönemlerinde (h.1217-1225/1802-1810) sadır olan fermanlar incelenerek iktisadi ve sosyal olaylar ve gelişmeler değerlendirilmiştir.
With this study, the social and economic events during Selim the Third, (last five years) Mustafa the Fourth and Mahmud the Second (the first two years) governance are examined from the orders which took place in the registration book numbered by İstanbul Qadi District.
