Hızla gelişen teknoloji ve buna paralel değişen toplum talepleri karşısında bu talepleri karşılamak gelişime açık eğitim programlan sayesinde gerçekleşmektedir. Eğitim programlan, eğitimin planlı ve kontrollü bir süreç olmasını sağlamaktadır. Uygulanan bir eğitim programı, toplum taleplerini karşılamalıdır. Bunun içindir ki program kendini sürekli yenilemeli geliştirmelidir. Programa kendini yenileme ve geliştirme şansım veren vazgeçilmez tamamlayıcıların arasında programların değerlendirilmesi çalışmalan gelmektedir. Değerlendirme çalışmalarının sonucunda, elde edilen kanıtlar doğrultusunda sunulan önerilerin uygulamaya yansıtılması, programın gelişimini, verimini olumlu yönde etkileyecektir. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Adapazan Meslek Yüksek Okulu İnternet Destekli Bilgi Yönetimi Önlisans Programım, amaç, çevrimiçi ders içeriği, kitap içeriği, danışman öğretim elemanı, eğitim ve iletişim araçlan, süreç ve yöntem, değerlendirme boyutlarında ele alıp programı öğrenci görüşüne dayalı olarak değerlendirmektir. Bu amaçla, 2002/2003 eğitim öğretim yılında programa devam etmekte olan öğrencilerin tümüne bir anket uygulanarak görüşleri alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, öğrencilerin görüşlerinin genelde olumlu olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.
Faced with fast developing technology, and thus changing social demands, these demands are satisfied by educationl programs open to changes. Educational programs provides a planned and controlled process for education. An implemented program should satisfy the social demands. Therefore, the program should renew and imrove itself in a constant manner. Among the undeniable components which give the program the opportunity to renew and improve itself are the studies on evaluation of these programs. As a result of this evaluation work, putting into practice recommendations put forward in accordance with the findings will affect the progress and effectiveness of the program in a positive way. The aim of this research is to study the the Pre-Licence Program Of Internet Assisted Information Management At Adapazarı Vocational Higher School, in terms of its objectives, online course contents, book contents, advisors, educational and communication tools, process and methods, and assessment, and to evaluate all these based on student opinions For this purpose, all students who were attending the program during the academic year 2002/2003 were given a questionnaire, and thus their views were obtained. According to the data collected, students' s views were found to be positive.
