VI ÖZET Şer'iyye sicilleri böyle bir araştırmada vazgeçilmez ve en önemli kaynak durumundadır. Belgeye dair her türlü kayıt burada bulunmaktadır. Şehrin yönetiminden, mahalle yönetimine kadar bir çok görevli ( Mutasarrıf, Mütesellim, Kadı vb gibi ) bu sicillerden tespit edilmektedir. Antalya Sancağı'nı idari yapısı, iktisadi koşullan için yine bu bele müracaat edilmesi gerekmiştir. Şehir ve mahallelerde ki her türlü olay en ince detaylarına kadar mahkeme kayıtlan, genel olarak halkın sosyal yapısı, Şer'iyye Sicillerinin konusu içerisindedir. Tarihi seyri içerisinde Antalya iktisadi hayatında ziraatın çok önemli bir yere sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Kayıtlara göre zaman zaman azalıp artmasına rağmen, genel olarak Antalya Sancağı'nda hayvancılığın da önemli bir tuttuğu görülmüştür. XIX. yüzyılın ikinci yansında Antalya Sancağı 'nın genelinde olduğu gibi, Antalya şehir merkezinden alınan vergiler, çeşitleri ve miktarları göz önüne alınınca, şehrin genel olarak iktisadi durumunun iyi olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Osmanlı Devleti'nin tarihi seyri içerisinde olduğu gibi, Antalya sosyal ve iktisadi hayatı içersinde de gayr-ı müslimlerin önemli bir tuttuğu görülmektedir. Ziraattan esnaflığa ve ithalat- ihracata kadar her sahada faaliyet içersinde bulunan gayr-ı müslimlerin zenginliğini de sicildeki belgelerden görmek mümkündür. İçtimaî hayat içindeki kaynaşmış hayat biçimi dönemin vazgeçilmez bir unsuru olan vakıf müesseseleriyle desteklenerek daha da uyumlu bir hale geldiği görülmektedir.
VU SUMMARY The Juridical Registers form the indispensable and the most important source, providing first hand information for a research like this. Because all other kinds of recorde relating to this region can be found in these the names of the most of the officaals who were charged (possesor, cadi ) whit the task of administration of the city and is quartes cold be traced in these records. Antalya Sancağı started in the general administrative and general economic form contition of the region it was to refer to these documents. All natures of events took place in the city and the quartes in the court juristicdions in the rahter detalied form, the general social structure of the popilation were contained in the above in the mentioned Juridical Registers kept for the region In the corse of time it can be seen that garden place graving had a rather importend place in economic life on Antalya. Acording to the recorts despite the increases and dicreases observed according to time one can see that live stock breeding had an importent place in the Antalya Sancak has well. As observed generally during the first half XIX. th century in Antalya Sancak when one takes in to consiteration the categories and amounts of taxes collected for the city center of Antalya, becomes possible to express that the economic contition of the city was perfect in general. In the time of Ottoman State, it can be observed that the non-muslims also had an importent place in the economic life of Antalya. Ranging from farming to small business to imports and exports them in the city. One based the records kept for estates of deceased persones can withness the fact that there were rich non-muslims who were involved in all phases of activity. The common style of life in social structure has been supported by pious foundations which fanned an indespensible factor in Islamic cominity and thus life assumed a more amicable nature and contiuned in hormony
