Hazineden günümüze kalan XIX ve XX. yüzyıla ait at takımları hâlen Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi 'ndeki Raht Hazinesi Koleksiyonu'nda bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada arşiv belgeleri kullanılarak Raht Hazinesi'nin idarî yapısının analizi yapılmış ve 1129/1717 tarihli Raht Hazinesi defterinde kayıtlı at takımları, Osmanlı süsleme sanatı açısından incelenmiştir. ABSTRACT The "Raht Hazine" is one of the fundamental sectors of the Ottoman's "İç Hazine" (treasury) financial system. Little is known about the Raht Hazine but we can speculate that few significant changes took place during the history of Ottoman Empire. What we do know is that it was primarily used to store gold and jewel covered horses harnesses and other valuable decorative accessories given to the Sultan as gifts. Most of these items were priceless works of Islamic and regional art. Unfortunately, in times of economic crisis, it appears much of the gold and silver found on these works of art were donated to the Darphâne (The Imperial Mint) to be converted to specie. For this reason only a fraction of what once existed inside the Raht Hazine remains with us today; the most representative items found today in the Topkapı Palace Museum collection only come from the 19th and 20th centuries. The following study will conduct an institutional analysis of the little known Raht Hazine through the use of a number of previously unused archival materials. I shall also analyze the extensive list of horse-related material donated to the Raht Hazine found in the institution's log books (defter) for the year 1 129/1717 which contribute to the history of Ottoman decorative art.
