In addition to be ingone of the oldest known Turkish communities in Turkish history, Uyghur Turks, as a society thatpioneered many innovations in terms of the Turkish world, are facing the difficulties of their wives in the world today. They are particularly threatened by being exiled, dying, or assimilated.
Intellectuals are the most prominent people in the most difficult times. Their silence means the disintegration of society. This is also the case for the Uighur Turks. Uighur writers and poets, who used their arts as a tool for the future of the people at the cost of sacrificing their ownlives, despite all the pressure, especially in the 20th century, wrote all kinds of works that their thoughts had enough to enlighten the people and tried to reach the public in this way.
In the Uighur geography, of course, the number of writers who played pens in the last century is not limited to those included in this thesis. If the way of getting the mall is preferred, it is certain that a thesis is not enough. For this reason, in this thesis, among the hundreds of Uyghur poets and their writers, the life, art and works of 18 authors and the content in their works are discussed. Today, while most of the intellectuals travel abroad, some of them have been forced to live in various tortures and concentration camps in East Turkistan, where they stayed. For whatever reason, accusations were made against the intellectuals who went abroad, at the point of breaking the agent or other state, and they faced various tortures with themselves and all family members, making it very difficult for them to continue their arts.
Despite all the difficulties and troubles, Uyghur intellectuals maintain their belief and hope for the future and continue their Works by following the foot steps of nationalist leaders who lived before them. They clearly reflect this situation and thought to their works. |
