In the automotive sector, it is aimed to obtain high efficiency by using low energy with technological developments. Turbocharging systems developed for this purpose increase the engine power or reduce the engine volume with the same fuel. It is decided to use single-stage or double-stage turbo charging systems depending on the engine power density. It is decided if the turbocharger system type that can be used at engine power density is less than or higher than 65-70 kw/L. If the engine power is low, it is used single-stage and if engine power is high-level, two-stage turbocharging system is used. In this study, which aims to analyze the two-stage turbocharging systems, Concept Nrec program is used for analysis. Compal, Rital and Turbomatch and Axcent package programs with the help of two-stage turbocharger design and analysis was made. According to the analysis reports, the waste gate ratio was kept constant, 40% of the turbocharging efficiency at the lowest and 45% at the highest turbocharging at low and high engine speeds (1100-3200 rpm).
