Olive cultivation, which is an important nutrient worldwide, has been increasing more recently with healthy nutrition awareness. However, many organisms and adverse conditions have a negative effect. It can cause unwanted deformity and nutritional loss, as well as direct death of trees. Among these diseases Ring and Black Spot is one of the most common diseases. In cases where the disinfection is insufficient, it is more difficult to fight the disease. Therefore, more effective and harmless alternatives are sought in the fight against disease. In the fight against plant diseases, the method of applying certain substances to plants before encountering the pathogen and thus stimulating the resistance system in plants is becoming more and more important. They affect plant responses of NO or NO donors administered exogenously against pathogen and oxidative stress. NO interacting with reactive oxygen species, acting in the signal transmission path under stress conditions.
