Ahmed Şamlu ve Sepid Şiir başlıklı yüksek lisans tez konumuz sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümü ile birlikte üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Ahmed Şamlu'nun hayatı, edebi kişiliği ve eserlerine değinilmiş olup yazmış olduğu eserler alt başlıklar halinde incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde tezimizin esas konusu olan Şamlu'nun geliştirdiği ve kendine has bir tarz olan "Şi'r-i Sepîd" diğer bir adıyla "Sepid" ya da "Ak Şiir" anlatılmıştır. Sepid şiirin başlangıcına ve diğer ülke edebiyatlarındaki karşılığına ve Fars edebiyatındaki yerine değinilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde Şamlu'nun Nîmâ'dan etkilenerek edebi hayatına yansımalarından bahsedilmiş ve şairin etkilenip edebi hayatına yöne veren diğer şairlere de yer verilmiştir. Şairin Hevâ-yi Tâze'den sonraki şiirindeki değişmeler ele alınmıştır. Sepid şiirin Şamlu'nun edebi hayatındaki yeri, şairin bu tarzı geliştirip kendine has bir tarz oluşturmasına değinilmiştir. Şamlu'nun Sepid şiirinin özellikleri detaylı olarak anlatılmış olup şairin şiirlerinden seçmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde tarafımızca şairin bazı Sepid şiirlerinin Farsçadan Türkçeye tercümeleri yapılmıştır. Netice olarak Ahmed Şamlu'nun kendi geliştirmiş olduğu şiir tarzı Sepid şiir tüm yönleri ve detayları ile ele alınmış olup bu tarzdaki örneklerle pekiştirilmiştir. Ahmad Shamlo and his poem Sepid titled thesis consists of four chapters with the conclusion and evaluation section.
