Son yıllarda Türk saglık sisteminde yasanan sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla, saglıkbakım sektöründe köklü degisiklikler öngören Saglıkta Dönüsüm Programıçerçevesinde 5510 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Saglık Sigortası Kanunuhazırlanmıs ve 16 Haziran 2006 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanmıstır. Aynızamanda Aile Hekimligi Programının temelleri atılmıs ve aile hekimleri primeruygulayıcı olarak nitelendirilmislerdir. Bu çalısmanın amacı, stanbul'da yasayanaile hekimlerinin Genel Saglık Sigortası kanununu degerlendirmeleri ve aile hekimiolmaktan duydukları memnuniyet düzeyi ile demografik ve sosyo-kültürelözelliklerinin degerlendirme üzerindeki etkilerini açıklamaktır.Arastırma amacına uygun olarak hazırlanan anket formu ile elde edilen veriler, SPSS13,0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) bilgisayar paket programındaelektronik ortama alınmıs ve analiz edilmistir. In the frame of the transformation programme on the health which stipulates rootedmodifications in the health care sector, the social insurances and the general healthinsurance law counted 5510 is prepared because of dissolving the problems on theTurkish health system in tle last years, then it is published on the 16 June 2006 in theOfficial Gazette. In the same time, foundations of the family medicine programmeare laid and the family medicines described as a primary practicer. The aim of thisstudy is to explain the effects of the evaluations of the general health insurance bythe family medicines living in stanbul, the satisfaction because of being a familymedicine and the demographic and social - culturel features, on the evaluation .The data which is acquired by the questionnaire, prepared in accordance with the aimof the study, analysed by SPSS 13.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences)software.
