Xll OZ Bu çalışma 1997-1998 yıllarında Muş ve Bitlis il sınırları içinde yetişen yenen ve zehirli makromantarlar üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda Ascomycetes ve Basidiomycetes sınıfları içinde yer olan 20 familyaya ait 71 yenen ve zehirli makromantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 51 tanesi yenen 20 tanesi ise zehirli türdür. Toplam türler içinde yenen türlerin oranı % 71.83, zehirli türlerin oranı ise % 28.17'dir. Bu çalışma ile 14 adet yeni yenen ve zehirli makromantar türü ülkemiz makromantar florasına yeni ilave edilmiştir. Yeni kaydedilen bu türler, toplam türler içinde 19.72'lik bir yüzdeye sahiptir. Xlll ABSTRACT This study was carried out on the edible and poisonous macrofungi growing in Muş and Bitlis provinces. As a result of the field and laboratory studies, 71 edible and poisonous species, belonging to 20 families in Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes classes, were established. 51 of the total 71 species are edible while 20 are poisonous. The percentage of edible species is 71.83% while poisonous species have a rate of 28.17 %. 14 edible and poisonous macrofungi species were added to the macrofungal flora of Turkey for the first time by this study. These newly recorded spceies have a percentage of 19.72 in total taxa. Key Words: Edible and poisonous macrofungi, Taxonomy, Muş and Bitlis.
