Rüstemê Zal (Zaloğlu Rüstem) destanı Ortadoğu edebiyatında yer alan epik bir destandır. Destanın çok yayılmasından dolayı değişik versiyonları bulunmaktadır. Kürt edebiyatında da her bölgede farklı versiyonları bulunur. Bu çalışmamızda "Kürtçe Şahname"de yer alan bir versiyonuyla çalıştık. Bu metin Kürtçe dilinin Kurmanci lehçesinde Arap alfabesiyle yazılmıştır. Rüstemê Zal hikayesini destan olarak adlandırıyorsak bütün versiyonlarını bilmemiz gerekir. Bu çalışma Rüstemê Zal destanının versiyonlarının tamamlanması açısından bir çabadır. Bu yüzden bu metni transkıribe ettik. Birinci bölümde edebiyatta destanın anlamını ve önemini açıklayarak şekil ve içerik açısından tanımını yaptık. İkinci bölümde ise şahnamenin ve "Kürtçe Şahname"nin tanımını yaptık, şekil ve içerik açısından Rüstemê Zal Destanı'nın beyitlerini değerlendirdik. Üçüncü bölümde ise transkripsiyon alfabesi ile birlikte metni Kürtçe-Latin alfabesine transkribe ettik.
Stories of Rustemê Zal is a heroic epic in the Middle East literature. There are diffirent versions due to spread of the epic and in the Kurdish literature, each region has different versions. This study is based on the version of the epic in Kurdish Shahname and is written in the Kurmanji dialect of kurdish language and in the alphabet of arabic. İf the story of Rustemê Zal is considered as an epic, all versions should be known. Fort this reason, this study can be seen an effort to complete the versions of the epic of Rustemê Zal. In this direction, the text of the epic used in this study is transcribed. In the first part of the study, both meaning and importance of epic in the literatüre are explained and the form and the content of the epic are described. In the second part, Shahahname and kurdish Shahahname are described and the epic of Rustemê Zal is analized. In the third and last part, the alphabet which is based on transcription is written and the text of the epic is transcribed.
