Bu çalışmanın öncelikli amacı, arp çalgısının Türk Müziği formlarının icrasında kullanımına dair örnekler sunma ve günümüz arp repertuvarına Türk Müziği dağarcığı ile katkıda bulunmaktır.Geleneksel müzik kültürümüz içinde solo arp icrasına uluslararası boyutta da yer açmak ve bu alanda yazılan eserleri çalgımıza uyarlamak, yol alınması gereken son derece mühim bir meseledir. Ülkemizin yerel müzik hâfızasının önemli örneklerinin ve gelenekten beslenerek yazılmış, özgün yaklaşım ve stiller barındıran yeni eserlerin arp ile icra edilmesi, bu çalışmanın mesleki platforma açılması, böylelikle de uluslararası meslek çevresine tanıtılması anlamına gelmektedir.Çalışmanın sonucu olarak bestekâr Bora Uymaz'ın vals, longa, tango,fantezi türlerinden ve farklı makamlardan müteşekkil 7 eseri arpa uyarlanıp,İngiltere'nin önemli müzik yayın şirketlerinden Creighton Collection ve Arp Sanatı Derneği işbirliği ile yayınlanacaktır.Böylelikle hem bu eserler icra edilmek üzere düzenlenip paylaşıma açılmış, hem akademik alanda bir beste- uyarlama-notasyon çalışması ortaya koyulmuş, hem de çalışma çerçevesinde seçilen eserlerin makam analizleri ile çalışma nazarî açıdan irdelenmiş olacaktır.
The primary aim of this study is to present some examples of Traditional Turkish Music forms on the harp and to contribute to the current harp repertoireby means of the invaluable Turkish music repertoire. It is a vital issue to adapt the new compositions in this field and to open space for the harp performance at the international level in our traditional music culture. The performance of these works thanks to the resources of the tradition and major samples from the music memory, based on authentic styles and approaches, and the access of this work to the professional platforms means the introduction of this music to the international professional cycles. As the end product of this study, 7 works composed by Bora Uymaz, styled in waltz, tango, longa and fantasy genres are planned to be adapted to the harp and released through the collaboration of one of the major music production companies in England, Creighton Collection, and Association for the Art of the Harp.It will also be possible to present a composition-arrangement-notation work and the study will be further elaborated through the makam analysis in terms of theory.
