Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de 1980'li yıllarda ortaya çıkmış 2. dalga kadınhareketinin özellikle 1990 sonrası dönemde bir madun karşıt kamu olarak ulusalkamusal alanı demokratikleşme yönünden nasıl etkilediği tartışılmaktadır. TürkCeza Kanunu Kadın Platformu örneği ile kadınların oluşturdukları kavramlar,bu çerçevede oluşturdukları talepler ve bunları kamuoyuna duyurma biçimleriincelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda Türkiye'de 1990 sonrası kadın hareketinin kamusalalanın demokratikleşmesindeki etkisi anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır
The assertion herein is based on the discussion of the way that it affects,particularly after 1990, public sphere from the aspect of democratisation as asubaltern counter-public, second generation women movements arose in 1980s.Concepts created, through the example of Women Platform on Turkish PenalCode, demands constituted in this frame and the forms of declaration to publicof said are examined. In this context what attempted was to understand theeffect of the women movement after 1990, on the democratisation of publicsphere in Turkey.
