Bu tez çalışmasında, büyük veri teknolojileri alanında çalışmakta olan akademisyen ve özel sektör çalışanlarının uzmanlaşma süreçlerinde aldıkları lisansüstü eğitimler ve diğer eğitimler hakkındaki görüşlerinin alınması amaçlanmıştır. Alınan görüşler, içerik analizleri yapılarak, kategorileri kodlanarak, yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın diğer amacı büyük veri teknolojileri alanında lisansüstü eğitim alan bireylerin büyük veri teknolojileri kullanımının, etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Bu eğitimi alan kişiler ile yapılan anket uygulaması ile Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) çerçevesinde gerçekleşen teknoloji kullanımını etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Elde edilen analiz sonuçları ile akademisyen ve özel sektör çalışanların uzmanlaşma süreçlerindeki aldıkları lisansüstü ve diğer eğitimlerinin avantaj ve dezavantajları tartışılmıştır. Lisansüstü eğitim alan bireylerin, algıladıkları fayda, algıladıkları kullanım kolaylığına etki eden faktörlerin büyük veri teknolojilerinde gerçekleşen davranışlarına etkisi tartışılmıştır. Elde edilen tüm sonuçlar ile büyük veri teknolojileri alanındaki lisansüstü ve diğer eğitimler hakkında öneriler ortaya konmuştur.
In this thesis, it is aimed to get the opinions of the academicians and private sector employees working in the field of big data technologies about their postgraduate education and other education in their specialization processes. The opinions taken were analysed by making content analyses and coding their categories. The other purpose of the study is to determine the effect of big data technologies on the use of big data technologies. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the use of technology in the frame of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the survey application. With the results of the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the postgraduate and other education in the specialization processes of academicians and private sector employees are discussed. The effects of perceived easiness and perceived benefit on the behavior of postgraduate students in big data technologies are discussed. With all the results obtained, about postgraduate and other educations in the field of big data technologies were given suggestions.
