1840 temettuat defterlerine göre Korkuteli kazasının sosyoekonomik dinamikleri başlıklı tezimde, yörenin ekonomisine dair bir perspektif oluşturmakla beraber Osmanlı taşra toplumunun yaşayış biçimlerine dair tespitler yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamın sınırların belirleme noktasında bazı zorunluluklar olduğu gibi esas tespit etmek istediğim noktaların dışına çıkmamaya da özen gösterdim. Bu hususu kısaca açıklamak gerekirse, Bu defterlerin içeriği çalışmada ekonomik durum tespiti yapma açısından kısıtlı veri içermekte olduğu için, ürün bilgileri ya da elde edilen ürün miktarları bulunmadığı için bunlarla ilgili değerlendirme yapma şansım olmadı. Öte yandan kendi belirlediğim önceliklere göre defterlerde kayıtlı köylere ait verileri imkanlar dahilin de incelemek ve döneme ait bir tespit yapmak istedim. Bu verilerden yola çıkarak bugüne ait bir karşılaştırma işin başında belirlenen hedeflerin dışına çıkmak olacağından bu yapılmamıştır. İstanos nahiyesine bağlı 46 adet köyün kayıtlı olduğu üç farklı defter bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturur. Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinde bulunan bu defterlerde köyler ayrı ayrı kayıt altına alınmıştır. In this thesis which title is ''The socio-economical dynamics of Korkuteli district according to temettuat registries of year 1840'' together with creating an perspective about economical conditions of region, I also tried to make a determination about life style of Ottoman provincial society. I had some obligations in determining the boundaries of my study so I tried not to move out of points that I mainly wanted to determine. Briefly, the registries of year 1840 contain limited data for determination of economical situation. So I could not make an evaluation about products information or gained product amount. On the other hand, according to priorities specified by myself; I wanted to make a determination about the mentioned period and examine the data registered in countings of villages. In this point of view this study does not contain a comparison of nowadays. The basis of this study are 3 different registries where 46 villages connected to Istanos Region ae registered. In these registries which are in Prime Ministry Ottoman Archive the villages are recorded seperately. Key Words: Ottoman, Tanzimat, Temettuat, İstanos
