Acil servislerdeki yönetim problemlerini ve acil servis yönetim sorunlarını incelediğimiz bu tezde ulaşılmak istenilen amaç, acil sağlık sistemi zincirinde yer alan acil servislerin yönetiminde dikkat edilecek hususları incelemek ve bu konu ile ilgili yetkili kişiler için bir rehber oluşturmaktır. Bu görüşten yola çıkılarak hazırlanan tezin birinci bölümünde acil ve acil hizmetlerle ilgili temel kavramlar üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde acil servislerde dünya standartlarına göre yönetim ve fonksiyonları, üçüncü ve son bölümde Eskişehir ve İzmir ilinde faaliyet gösteren farklı statüde onaltı hastanenin acil servisleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla hastanelerin acil servisleri gözlem ve karşılıklı görüşmeler yoluyla yapılmış acil servis yönetiminde hedef, dikkate alınacak standart ve normları oluşturmak olmuştur.
In this thesis is which we research the management problems in the emergency service, the aim to be arrived is to investigate the necessary points to look out in the management of the emergency services which places the emergency health system chain and constitute a guide for the authoritative persons in the this subject. In the first section of this prepared thesis, the basic concept relation with emergency and emergency service is considered. In the second section the management and its functions according to the world standards and in the final section the emergency services of the 16 hospitals which has different case in Eskişehir and İzmir are investigated. In this aim, the target in the emergency service management which is done with the observation and speaking in the emergency service of the hospitals is to constitute the standards and norms to be considered.
