Bu çalısmada belirgin kalitede bir ters sarkaç sisteminin ticari bir ürün olaraküretime hazırlanması sunulmustur. Piyasadaki benzer ürünler arastırılmıs, rekabetedebilecek kriterlerde bir sistem mekanik ve elektronik olarak gerçeklestirilmistir.Uygun yazılım üretilerek ters sarkaç sisteminin kontrolü sağlanmıstır.Sistem bir kisisel bilgisayar, bir elektronik kontrol ünitesi, bir elektromekanikdonanım ile gerekli güç ve haberlesme kablolarından olusturulmustur. Çalısmakapsamında, kisisel bilgisayarda kullanılmak üzere bir arayüzü programı dagelistirilmistir.Anahtar Kelimeler: sarkaç kontrolü, ters sarkaç, sayısal kontrol
In this study, an inverted pendulum system has been realized and engineered as amarketable product. First, reasonable products in the market have been analyzed for theprice and the quality, then a competitive product has been designed and implementedmechanically and electronically. Also a suitable software library has been prepared totest the unit for the controllability.System contains a personal computer, a control unit, an electromechanicalhardware and all the cables needed for power and communication. In the developmentprocess, a graphical user interface program also prepared to be used on the personalcomputer of the system.Keywords: pendulum, inverted pendulum, swing-up, digital control
