Bu çalışma, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi?nin dış politika söyleminde teolojik unsurlar bulunup bulunmadığını tespit etmek üzere yapılmıştır. Siyasi ilahiyat paradigması çerçevesinde yapılan çalışmada, inşacı bir yaklaşım esas alınmış ve seçilen belli kavramlar üzerinde söylem analizi metodu kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda ulaşılan bulgular, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi?nin dış politika söyleminin siyasi ilahiyat paradigması dâhilinde açıklanabileceği ve teolojik bir temele sahip olduğudur. Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi, teolojik unsurlarla bezenmiş dış politika söylemini bilinçli bir tercih dâhilinde kullanmakta, bu söylemler temelinde inşa edilecek yeni bir uluslararası sistemin ve yeni bir dış politika yapma biçiminin mimarı olarak da Türkiye?yi görmektedir. The aim of the work is to find out whether there are theological elements in the foreign policy discourse of the Justice and Development Party. Using political theology paradigm, the work is carried out on the basis of a constructivist approach and discourse analysis is applied as a method on the chosen concepts. The outcome of the work is that the foreign policy discourse of the Justice and Development Party has a theological basis and it is possible to describe it within political theology paradigm. The work states that the Justice and Development Party deliberately maintains its foreign policy discourse which is made up of theological elements and it urges to establish a new international system and a new form of foreign policy based on this discourse. According to the Justice and Development Party Turkey will be the arctitech of this order. Key Words: Turkish Foreign Policy, Constructivism, Discourse Analysis, Religion, Political Theology
