Bu çalışmada, ispanya'nın 20.yüzyılın önemli öykü yazarlarından ignacio Aldecoa'nın hayatı, yapıtları ve İspanyol edebiyatına bıraktığı izler araştırılmıştır. Öyküleri Alicia Bleiberg tarafından 1973 yılında iki cilt halinde derlenmiştir. İgnacio Aldecoa'nın 1. cilde ait olan öykü bütüncesinden sekiz öykü seçilip, Gerard Genette'in Figure III adlı yapıtındaki zaman-uzam ulamları bağlamında incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda öykü bütüncesinde iki ayrı düzleme rastlanmıştır Anlatı zamanı ve öykü zamanı. Bu düzlemlerin zaman zaman örtüştüğünü ya da ayrıştığını, kronolojik sapmaların meydana geldiği görülmektedir. Zaman düzlemiyle saptanan anlatıcının betimlemeye çalıştığı uzam düzlemleri de bulunmaktadır. Çalışmamızın amacı, zaman ve uzam arasındaki düzlemlerdeki paralelliği bulmak ve öykü bütüncesinin oluşumundaki etkisini belirleyebilmektir. Aynı zamanda, saydam olan bu anlatı düzlemlerin içinde farklı boyutlarda, birbirinden farklı uzaklıklarda, gelişigüzel yerlerde duran kiminin ötekiyle arasında ince bir bağlantısı olduğunu gösteren küçük birimler -kronotopları bulunmaktır. Okur, katılımcı bir rol üstlenmektedir ve bu uzam - zaman boşluklarını doldurmaktadır. Böylece yazarın zaman ve uzam ulamlarını, incelenen sekiz öykü bütüncesinde, ustalıkla nasıl kullandığın tespit etmiş oluyoruz.
This study is investigating the life and works of an important story writer of the twentieth century, jgnacio Aldecoa and traces left by him upon the Spanish literature. The stories were collected by Alicia Bleiberg in 1973 as two volumes. His eight stories in the first volume are picked up and analysed in this study according to the time-space categories Gerard Genette figures in his Figures III. At the conclusion of this study, two different planes were determined in the stories investigated. Time of the narration and time of the story. It has been observed that the mentioned planes are coinciding from time to time and being separated at times and cronological deviations are occuring. There are also spacial planes determined by the time plane described by the narrator. The aim of this work is to find out the parallelism of the planes between the time space and to determine the effect on the stories. Meanwhile, in between these non-opaque narrative planes, there exist small units called chronotopes showing out the slim connections between the planes and staying at random places, at different distances to each other and at different dimensions. The reader adopts an active role and fills the space-time gaps. As a conclusion, this study determines in what way the author uses the time space categories in the eight stories analysed.
