Bu çalışma İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Yüksek Lisans tezi olarak hazırlanmıştır. Tezimizin birinci bölümünde TTK 1530?da yer alan mal veya hizmet tedariki sözleşmelerinin uygulama alanı incelenmiş, ikinci bölümünde mal veya hizmet tedariki sözleşmelerinde borçlu temerrüdü ve üçüncü bölümde ise bu temerrüdün sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Tezimizde 2000/35 ve 2011/7 sayılı AB Yönergeleri de değerlendirilmiştir. This study has been prepared as a Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute master thesis. In the first part of our thesis the scope of the supply of goods or services contracts were analyzed, which appears in the TCC 1530, in the second part the late payment of the supply of goods or services contracts were analyzed and in the third part the results of this late payment were clarified. In our thesis Late Payment Directive (2000/35/EC and 2011/7/EU) was also evaluated.
