Şiddet türlerinin günümüzde en yaygın olduğu kadına yönelik şiddet eylemleri, gerek toplumda yarattığı vicdani rahatsızlıklar, gerekse niteliği itibari ile diğer şiddet türlerinden farklı özellikleri taşımaktadır.Bu çalışma, kadına yönelik şiddet eylemlerinin pek çok uluslararası düzenlemeler ve buna bağlı ulusal düzenlemelere rağmen engellenemediği ve bu sebeplerle daha farklı bir bakış açısı getirilerek, eylemlerde mağdur durumda bulunan kadına, sosyal risk ilkesi çerçevesinde devlet tarafından tazminat ödenmesi hususunda kanuni düzenleme yapılması gerekliliğinden yola çıkılarak hazırlanmıştır.
Acts of violence against women, the most widespread type of violence in today's world, carries properties differing from other kinds of violence both in regard of the conscientious distress it causes in the society and in regard of its nature. This study is prepared on basis of the idea that since a great number of international rules and connected national legislation fail to prevent acts of violence against women, and therefore a new point of view needed, such as the need for new legislation to provide state restitution to women victimised in such actions in scope of the principle of social risk.
