Araştırma; psikiyatri kliniklerinde çalışan hemşirelerin etik duyarlılıklarını belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul?daki iki ruh sağlığı ve sinir hastalıkları hastanesinde çalışan ve bu çalışmayı kabul eden hemşireler oluşturdu. Araştırmada örneklem seçimine gidilmeksizin evrenin tamamına ulaşmak hedeflendi ve toplam 407 hemşireden 275 hemşire araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturdu. Verilerin toplanmasında Bireysel Bilgi Formu ve Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi kullanıldı. Veri analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler (frekans, standart hata, medyan, yüzde, ortalama, minimum ve maksimum değerler) Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi ve Pearson Korelasyon Analizi kullanıldı. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin; otonomi alt boyut puan ortalaması 19,03+5,61; yarar sağlama alt boyut puan ortalaması 11,96+3,90; bütüncü yaklaşım alt boyut puan ortalaması 12,08+4,39; çatışma alt boyut puan ortalaması 12,66+3,30; uygulama alt boyut puan ortalaması 13,80+3,56; oryantasyon alt boyut puan ortalaması 9,24+3,51; ahlaki duyarlılık toplam puan ortalaması 89,26+17,03 olarak bulundu. Hemşirelerin eğitim düzeyi ile etik duyarlılıkları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu ve eğitim düzeyinin hemşirelerin etik duyarlılıklarını etkilediği bulundu. Çatışma alt boyutuna göre; kadın hemşirelerin, akut serviste çalışanların ve mesleki eğitimleri sırasında ahlaki konuları deontoloji ve etik+deontoloji çerçevesinde alanların etik duyarlılıkları düşük bulundu. Uygulama alt boyutuna göre; lisans mezunu hemşirelerin ve mesleki eğitimleri sırasında ahlaki konuları etik+deontoloji çerçevesinde alanların etik duyarlılıkları düşük bulundu. Oryantasyon alt boyutuna göre; lise mezunu hemşirelerin, meslek eğitimleri sırasında ahlaki konularda eğitim almayanların ve etik bir yayını düzenli takip etmeyenlerin etik duyarlılıkları düşük bulundu. Bütüncü yaklaşım alt boyutuna göre; mesleki eğitimleri sırasında ahlaki konularda eğitim almayanların etik duyarlılıkları düşük bulundu. Research; psychiatric clinics nurses' ethical sensitivity of working was carried out to determine as an identifier. Research population in istanbul, two mental health and nervous diseases hospital nurses who agree to work with and this has created. The sample selection aimed to achieve without going to the entire universe, and a total of 275 nurses study sample consisted of 407 nurses. . Personal Information Form and the Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire was used to collect the data. Data analysis, descriptive statistics (frequency, standard error, median, percentage, average, minimum and maximum values), Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Pearson's correlation analysis was used. Nurses participated in the study; autonomy subscale score of 19.03 +5.61, 11.96 +3.90 providing the benefit subscale score; holistic approach subscale score of 12.08 +4.39; conflict subscale score 12.66 +3.30, 13.80 +3.56 application subscale score; orientation subscale mean score of 9.24 +3.51, +17.03 89.26 total score was found to be the moral sensitivity. Nurses is a significant difference between the level of education and the educational level of ethical sensitivity of nurses were found to affect the ethical sensibilities. By the size of the bottom of the conflict, women nurses, and vocational training of employees during the acute ward + deontological ethical issues within the framework of deontology and ethics were lower in the areas of ethical sensitivities. By the size of the bottom of the application, during the training of nurses and professional deontology ethical issues within the framework of ethical + sensitivity was lower in the areas of ethics.
