Elektrik tüketiminin gün geçtikçe artması ve elektriğe gelecekte daha fazla ihtiyaç duyulacağına yönelik öngörülerin bulunması, elektrik ve enerji sektörüne olan merakı arttırmış ve birçok çalışmanın temel konusu haline gelmesine neden olmuştur. Elektrik ve enerji sektöründe önemli rol oynayan elektrik dağıtım şirketlerinde de verimliliğinin sağlanabilmesinin, sektörün bugünkü ve gelecekteki yol haritasının belirlenmesi sürecinde kritik değere sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Elektrik dağıtım şirketleri için, verimliliğe etki eden temel kriterlerin belirlenmesi ve bu kriterlerden yola çıkılarak oluşturulan aksiyon planları ile sürekli iyileşme ve gelişmenin sağlanması gerekmektedir. Şirketlerde verimliliğin klasik yöntemlerle ölçülmesi hayata geçirilebilir sonuçlar vermemektedir. Verimliliğin arttırılması isteniyorsa, mevcut durumun doğru analizinin yapılması ve objektif veriler ile desteklenmesi sağlanmalıdır. Elektrik dağıtım şirketlerinin daha verimli ve sonuç odaklı çalışmalar yapabilmesi için yapılması gereken öncelikli adım, verimliliği etkileyen kriterlerin araştırılması ve bu kriterlerin öncelik ağırlıklarının belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışmada Aras Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ'de verimliliğin bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşik Proses kullanılarak ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda Aras Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ'de yönetici pozisyonunda olan personel ile görüşmeler yapılmış, uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda verimliliği etkileyen kriterler belirlenmiştir. Kriterlerin ağırlıklandırılması yine aynı grup üzerinde anket uygulaması ile yapılmıştır.
The increase in the electricity consumption and the predictions of the need for more electricity in the future raised the interest in the electricity and energy sector, and made it the main subject of many studies. It is observed that ensuring productivity in the electricity distribution companies, which play an important role in the electricity and energy sector, has also critical value in the process of determining the present and future roadmap of the sector. It is essential for the electricity distribution companies to determine the basic criteria affecting the productivity and to guarantee continuous improvement and development through the action plans based on these criteria. Evaluating productivity of the companies by the classical methods do not lead to realizable conclusions. If enhancing productivity is intended, an accurate analysis of the current situation is needed, as well as its verification with objective data. To work in a more productive and result-oriented manner, the first step for the electricity distribution companies is to investigate and prioritize the criteria affecting productivity. The aim of this study is to assess the productivity of Aras Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş, a private electricity distribution company operating in Eastern Anatolia, by using fuzzy AHP decision making method. Within this framework, interviews were conducted with the personnel in the managerial position of Aras Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ, and criteria affecting productivity were determined in line with the experts' opinions. The weighting of the criteria was achieved by using a questionnaire on the same group.
