Gerc?eklik nedir? Felsefe ve bilim yu?zyıllardır bu sorunun cevabını aramaktadır. Her c?ag?da cevaba biraz daha yaklas?mıs?ken, yeni bir bulgu, farklı bir go?zlem her s?eyi deg?is?tirebilmektedir. Bugu?n fark ettig?imiz s?ey ise; gerc?eklig?in sahip oldug?unu du?s?u?ndu?g?u?mu?z sag?lam pozitif dayanaklarının, aslında hic? olmadıg?ıdır. Fizig?in kendi imkanları kendisine rasyonel bir zemin ins?a etmeye c?ok uzak kalmıs?tır. O?yle ise evren nedir? Bu c?alıs?mada o?ncelikle evrenin bir rastlantı yumag?ı, daha sonra ise rastlantının algoritmik bir faaliyet oldug?u go?sterilmeye c?alıs?ılmıs?tır. Fiziksel olarak tutarsız, belirsiz ve zorunsuz bir evrenin rasyonel yolla kus?atılamayan ic? gerc?eklig?i, tutarlı, belirli ve zorunlu bir dıs? gerc?eklikle tanımlanmaya c?alıs?ılmıs?; bo?ylelikle yeni bir kozmoloji ve metafizig?in imkanı aras?tırılmıs?tır. Bu metafizik, bilimsel paradigmanın neredeyse ?yok? kıldıg?ı evreni tekrar ?var? du?s?u?nebilmenin s?artlarını belirleyen hesaplamalı (computational) ve algoritmik bir modeldir.
What is reality? Philosophy and science are searching for the answer to this question for many years. In each age when we are more close to the answer, a new finding, a new observation may change everything. Unlike we had assumed before, today the thing that we know is the absence of the positive solid substratum of reality. The own facilities of physics are very far from constructing a rational base for itself. Then what is cosmos? In this thesis, at first it is tried to show that cosmos is a web of randomness and then randomness is an algorithmic activity. The inner reality of a physically unstable, uncertain and unessential cosmos that can?t be surrounded rationally, is tried to be defined by an outer reality which is stable, certain and essential; thus the possibility for a new cosmology and metaphysics is examined. This metaphysics is a computational and algorithmic model that defines the conditions considering the cosmos as ?existing? where the science defines it as ?non-­?existing?.
